Moving Images is the first iteration of Aspect Ratio, the annual screening of graduate work by students of the MA Film Practice (Online) with Arts University Bournemouth (AUB).
Encompassing narrative fiction, artists' moving image, biographical and experimental film, the works shown in this screening have been made by students from throughout the UK and across the globe.
Taking place at the beautiful Palace Court Theatre, this free event is open to the public and will feature the work of eight of the first students to graduate from MA Film Practice (Online) with AUB.

Spanning narrative fiction, documentary, artist moving image and biographical reflection, eight short films will be screened in the theatre auditorium by:

- Fidel Rodriguez (USA)
- Kay Stocks (UK)
- Kyla Rosselli (Switzerland)
- Kingsley Fernando (Nigeria/UK)
There will also be an abstract three-channel moving image work by artist and filmmaker Patricia Smith (UK), which will be in the Club Room of the Palace Court. The audience will be able to view the installation both during the event's interval and at the end of the auditorium screening.

About MA Film Practice (Online) at AUB
The MA Film Practice (Online) course at AUB integrates filmmaking and theory through intensive online study. This Master’s degree offers students an opportunity to develop and realise their creative ambitions while exploring moving image in the context of an international learning community that foregrounds peer feedback and research driven experimentation.
